Coast Guard hosts stability and safety seminar for commercial fishermen in Cape May, N.J.

CAPE MAY, N.J. - John O’Leary, an instructor with the Chesapeake Marine Training Institute, explains the importance of a properly registered Electronic Position Indicating Radio Beacon at a stability and safety seminar for commercial fishermen hosted by U.S. Coast Guard Sector Delaware Bay, out of Philadelphia, in Cape May, N.J., Dec. 16, 2009.
