CHESAPEAKE, Va. - The command of Communications Area Master Station Atlantic in Chesapeake hosted a Hispanic Heritage Celebration Thursday to recognize the contributions of Hispanic Americans to the United States and to celebrate Hispanic heritage and culture.

The event featured guest speaker Rear Adm. Arthur E. Brooks, deputy commander of the Coast Guard's Atlantic Area, flamenco dancers and traditional Hispanic food.
