WILDWOOD, N.J. – A boat crew from Coast Guard Station Cape May, N.J., conducts recreational boat boarding’s near Wildwood, N.J., in participation of Operation Dry Water Friday, June 26, 2009. Operation Dry Water is a national enforcement effort coordinated by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators designed to highlight the dangers of operating a boat under the influence of alcohol or drugs, which runs from June 26 – 28.
