New Captain of the Port at Sector Hampton Roads

PORTSMOUTH, Va. - Capt. Mark Ogle (left) salutes as he relieves Capt. Patrick Trapp as Commanding Officer of Sector Hampton Roads during a change-of-command ceremony in Portsmouth Friday, April 24, 2009. Rear Adm. Fred M. Rosa, Jr., (center) Fifth District Commander, presided over the ceremony.

Ogle will be responsible for port safety and security, search and rescue, law enforcement, aids to navigation, marine environmental protection, and commercial vessel safety missions in the Hampton Roads area.
