Maintaining America's waterways, all in a days work

The crew of the Coast Guard Cutter William Tate transfers buoys from the deck of their ship to the pier at Coast Guard Sector Delaware Bay in Philadelphia Wednesday, June 25, 2008.
The buoys were hauled out of the Delaware River near Philadelphia and replaced with similar buoys by the crew of the William Tate as part of scheduled maintenance.
