Coast Guard reservist receives top honor

U.S. Coast Guard Petty Officer 2nd Class Heather M. Halliwell is presented with the Reserve Enlisted Person of the Year award by Master Chief Petty Officer Thomas Botzenhart Friday, May 30, 2008, at Coast Guard Sector Delaware Bay in Philadelphia.
