ATLANTIC OCEAN - The crew of the Coast Guard Cutter Dependable makes preparations to tow a 145-foot Canadian fishing boat Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2007, more than 400 miles off the coast of New Jersey. This rescue effort marks the second consecutive year the crew of the Dependable has come to the aid of a distressed mariner during the Thanksgiving holiday season.
