PHILADELPHIA - Crews from Coast Guard Sector Delaware Bay, headquartered here, collect trash from Philadelphia's Columbus Boulevard, Friday, April 20, 2007. In observance of Earth Day, which falls on Sunday, about 40 people worked together to collect 65 bags of trash. "It was a great experience," said Lt. j.g. Jessica Kane, who coordinated the project.
