WILMINGTON, Del. - A contracted cleanup crew lays absorbent "sausage" boom in the Christina River here on Sunday. More than 6,000 feet of boom was used to contain a waste oil spill in the Christina and Brandywine Rivers, and 224 people are involved in the ongoing cleanup. Coast Guard photo by Cmdr. Spencer L.
